Which locations does BonusBell support?
BonusBell provides location-aware availability guidance across supported jurisdictions. We detect your location when possible and let you manually choose a region, then filter platforms to show what is currently relevant where you are. Each jurisdiction has different legal markets — some have licensed sportsbooks, others have sweepstakes casinos, and many have both.

What is the Provably Fair Verifier?
The Provably Fair Verifier (bonusbell.com/tools/provably-fair) lets you independently verify that a crypto casino game outcome was fair. Paste your server seed, server seed hash, client seed, and nonce — the tool recalculates the expected outcome using SHA-256 and HMAC-SHA256 cryptography and confirms whether the casino produced the correct result. Are calculator results financial advice?
No. All calculators produce mathematical outputs based on the numbers you enter — they are informational tools, not recommendations. How does arbitrage detection work?
Our Arb Scanner compares odds across multiple sportsbooks to find markets where the combined hold is negative — meaning a complete hedge can model a theoretical return. However, arbitrage opportunities carry real execution risk: odds change rapidly, sportsbooks impose bet limits, accounts can be restricted, and bets can be voided. Theoretical profit is not an outcome promise.
What is +EV betting?
Positive expected value (+EV) betting means finding bets where the true probability of winning is higher than what the odds imply. We calculate fair odds by devigging sharp sportsbook lines (like Pinnacle) and comparing them to other books. A +EV bet has a mathematical edge over time, but individual bets can still lose. Variance is real — +EV betting is a long-term strategy, not an outcome promise.
Can I link directly to sportsbook bet slips?
BonusBell does not place bets. Manual bet tracking works today. Any future sportsbook launch helpers remain access-controlled until they are reliable and clearly labeled.
How often is odds data updated?
Advanced odds comparison is access-controlled until coverage, freshness labels, and verification are dependable. Always confirm prices directly with the sportsbook before placing any wager.
How does platform filtering work?
BonusBell detects your location automatically using your IP address and filters our platform directory to show only those available in your jurisdiction. You can also manually select a different country, state, province, or territory in your settings. Platforms are categorized across 10 market categories including sportsbooks, casinos, poker, DFS, sweepstakes, social casinos, crypto, horse racing, prediction markets, and skill gaming.

How do I claim a promotion?
Click on any platform or promotion to see full details and terms. Then use our tracked link to visit the operator's website and sign up. The bonus is typically applied automatically during registration or your first deposit. Are listed promotions verified?

How do I update my profile?
Open Settings > Profile to update your display name and jurisdiction. Changing your location will update which platforms are shown to you across the app.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL/TLS), secure HTTP-only session cookies, Supabase Row Level Security policies, and least-privilege server access. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) — we never see or store your card numbers. How do I delete my account?
Open Settings > Privacy and click "Delete account." This action is permanent — all your data including bet history, preferences, saved workflows, and account information will be deleted within 30 days. Self-exclusion records are retained permanently for your protection. You can also email privacy@bonusbell.com to request deletion.
What is self-exclusion and how does it work?
Self-exclusion lets you block yourself from accessing gambling-related content on BonusBell. You can choose a period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — this is by design to protect you. All gambling content will be hidden from your account for the duration. You can access self-exclusion from Settings or from our Responsible Gaming page.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can request a copy of your personal data by contacting privacy@bonusbell.com. We will provide your data in a portable format within 30 days, as required by applicable state privacy laws (CCPA, VCDPA, and others).
Is gambling legal in my state?
It depends on your jurisdiction and the type of gambling. Licensed sportsbooks, sweepstakes, social casinos, Daily Fantasy Sports, poker, and other markets all have their own regional rules. BonusBell automatically filters to show only platforms that are currently available for your selected location.
