Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms and Modifications

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Murdock Solutions LLC d/b/a BonusBell ("BonusBell," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of www.bonusbell.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Modifications: We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes (changes to pricing, subscription terms, liability, arbitration, or data practices), we will provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice via email or prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (typo corrections, formatting, clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any material change, your sole remedy is to cancel your account before the effective date.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following defined terms apply:

• "Platform" means the website at www.bonusbell.com and all associated web applications, APIs, and services.
• "Services" means all features and functionality available through the Platform, including but not limited to odds comparison, calculators, practice games, Bella AI, pick tracking, community features, and Pro Tools.
• "Free Tier" means the set of features available to all registered users at no charge, including odds comparison, all calculators, pick tracking, community access, and limited Bella AI usage.
• "Pro" or "Pro Tier" means the paid subscription tier that unlocks additional features including the +EV Finder, Arbitrage Finder, Promo Playbook, and unlimited Bella AI.
• "Bella AI" means our AI-powered assistant feature, described in detail in Section 8.
• "Practice Games" means the educational simulation games available on the Platform that use virtual (non-real-money) currency, described in Section 9.
• "Affiliate Links" means links to third-party gambling operators or other services through which we may earn a commission, described in Section 11.
• "User Content" means any content submitted by users, including picks, posts, comments, and profile information.
• "You" or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or 18+ where legally permitted for certain sweepstakes or social casino platforms)
• Be located in a jurisdiction where access to gambling-related informational content is not prohibited by law
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor
• Not be prohibited by any court order or governmental authority from accessing gambling-related informational content in your jurisdiction

Important: BonusBell is an informational platform, not a gambling operator. We do not verify self-exclusion status with third-party gambling operators. If you have self-excluded from a gambling operator, you may still use BonusBell for educational purposes, but you are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any self-exclusion agreements you have in place.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time.

4. Nature of Service

BonusBell is NOT a gambling operator. We are an independent informational, analytics, and optimization platform. Specifically:

• We do not accept, place, or facilitate any bets or wagers
• We do not hold, process, or have access to user funds
• We do not operate any real-money gambling games or activities
• We do not guarantee any winnings, outcomes, or profits
• All links to third-party gambling platforms are for informational purposes only
• Odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed (see Section 10)
• Calculators and analytical tools are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or gambling advice
• Practice games use simulated virtual currency with no real-money value (see Section 9)

Content on the Platform, including odds comparisons, bonus information, strategy articles, calculators, and AI-generated responses, is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute gambling, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

5. Account Registration, Security, and Deletion

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@bonusbell.com
• Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@bonusbell.com or through your account settings. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will:

• Cancel any active subscription (no further charges)
• Delete your personal data within thirty (30) days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records)
• Remove your User Content from public display (some may persist in backups for up to 90 days)
• Provide a copy of your data upon request prior to deletion (data portability)

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you have an active self-exclusion, account deletion does not terminate the self-exclusion — see Section 16.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

BonusBell offers two subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes odds comparison, all calculators, pick tracking, community features, practice games, learning articles, and up to 10 Bella AI messages per day. Free forever, no credit card required.
• Pro Tier: Includes everything in Free plus +EV Finder, Arbitrage Finder, Promo Playbook, Low Hold Finder, Free Bet Converter, CLV Tracking, SGP Optimizer, Props Comparison, Dutching Calculator, Sharp Money Alerts, Line Movement Alerts, Smart Alerts, Cross-Book Parlay Builder, and unlimited Bella AI.

Pricing:

• Pro Monthly: $19.95 per month
• Pro Annual: $149 per year (approximately $12.42/month — 38% savings)

Founder's Pricing: Users who subscribe before May 1, 2026 are eligible for Founder's Pricing at $14.95/month (25% off regular pricing). This discounted rate is locked for life as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the then-current standard pricing applies.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD (MONTHLY OR ANNUAL) AT THE THEN-APPLICABLE RATE, UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE. YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR EACH RENEWAL PERIOD.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your settings or by contacting support@bonusbell.com. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be applied
• Your account reverts to the Free Tier at the end of the billing period
• Your data (picks, history, settings) is preserved on the Free Tier

Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because we offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required (see Section 7), you have ample opportunity to evaluate the Platform before making any payment. Once you voluntarily subscribe after the trial period, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Price changes do not apply to Founder's Pricing subscribers — your locked rate remains unchanged for life.

Payment Failures: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you via email. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable retries, your Pro features may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will not delete your account or data due to payment failure.

7. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Pro features. The trial:

• Does not require a credit card or any payment information
• Provides full access to all Pro features for the trial duration
• Automatically reverts to the Free Tier at the end of the trial period — we will NOT automatically charge you
• Is limited to one trial per person

No automatic billing: Because no payment method is collected during the trial, there is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. You must voluntarily enter payment information and select a subscription plan to continue with Pro after the trial ends.

California, New York, and Illinois residents: Consistent with CA Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq., NY GBL § 527-a, and IL 815 ILCS 601, we confirm that (a) your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription, (b) no payment information is required to start a trial, and (c) you will not be charged unless you affirmatively opt in to a paid plan.

8. Bella AI Assistant

BonusBell includes an AI-powered assistant called "Bella" ("Bella AI"). By using Bella AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Third-Party AI: Bella AI is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. BonusBell does not develop or control the underlying AI models.
• Not Professional Advice: Bella AI responses do not constitute financial, gambling, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. All information provided by Bella AI is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information ("hallucinations"). You should independently verify any information before relying on it, especially for financial decisions.
• Usage Limits: Free Tier users may send up to 10 messages per day with a 10-message conversation history. Pro users receive unlimited messages with a 50-message conversation history. A rate limit of 10 messages per 60 seconds applies to all users.
• Data Storage: Bella AI conversations are stored in our database to provide conversation history. Conversations are deleted when you clear your chat history or delete your account. We may use anonymized, aggregated conversation data to improve our services.
• No Liability: BonusBell shall not be liable for any decisions you make, bets you place, or losses you incur based on information provided by Bella AI. See Section 17 and Section 18.

Prohibited uses of Bella AI:

• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or expose the AI system instructions or prompts
• Using Bella AI to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Using Bella AI output for competitive intelligence or to build competing products
• Submitting personal information of third parties without their consent
• Deliberately attempting to cause the AI to produce harmful or misleading outputs

9. Practice Games and Simulators

The Platform offers educational practice games and simulation tools. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• No Real Money: All practice games use simulated virtual currency that has no real-money value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn, and cannot be purchased.
• Educational Purpose: Practice games are designed to help users learn game rules, practice strategy, and understand probability concepts in a risk-free environment.
• Client-Side RNG: Random number generation for practice games is performed client-side using the Web Crypto API. Results are generated locally on your device.
• No Guarantee of Real-World Results: Performance in practice games does not predict, guarantee, or correlate with results in real-money gambling. Real casino games may use different rules, payouts, and random number generation methods.
• RNG Lab: The RNG Lab tool (including the Provably Fair Verifier, RTP Simulator, and Strategy Builder) is an educational analysis tool. Simulation results are theoretical and based on mathematical models — they do not reflect actual casino outcomes.

10. Data Accuracy, Odds, and Calculators

BonusBell aggregates odds, bonus, and platform data from third-party sources. You acknowledge and agree:

• Odds Data Delay: Odds displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed by several minutes. By the time you view an opportunity, the odds at the sportsbook may have changed. Always verify current odds directly with the sportsbook before placing any bet.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that any data — including odds, bonus details, platform availability, state legality, or promotional terms — is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
• Calculator Results: All calculators (including Kelly, parlay, hedge, arbitrage, expected value, and other tools) produce outputs based on the inputs you provide and mathematical formulas. Results are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for verifying inputs and for any decisions made based on calculator outputs.
• Platform and Bonus Information: Information about third-party platforms, including bonuses, promotions, state availability, and terms, may change without notice. Always verify current terms directly with the platform before signing up or making financial decisions.
• Not Investment Advice: Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to place a specific bet, invest money, or engage in any financial transaction.

11. Affiliate Relationships

BonusBell participates in affiliate programs with third-party gambling operators and other services. You acknowledge:

• Compensation: We may earn commissions, referral fees, or other compensation when you click on links to third-party platforms and/or create accounts, make deposits, or take other qualifying actions on those platforms.
• Editorial Independence: Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, odds data, calculator outputs, AI responses, or platform rankings. Our tools and analytics are driven by data and mathematical formulas, not by which platforms pay us commissions.
• FTC Compliance: In accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines, we disclose our affiliate relationships. Links to third-party platforms may be affiliate links. For complete details, please see our Disclaimer page.
• No Endorsement: The presence of affiliate links does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any third-party platform. You are solely responsible for evaluating any platform before creating an account or depositing funds.

12. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or performance
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or other user accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or crawlers without our express written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software or algorithms
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, rate limits, or access controls
• Create or maintain more than one account per person
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the Platform to promote competing services or products
• Systematically extract, download, or store Platform data for commercial purposes
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining subscription period, and potential legal action.

13. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content including posts, picks, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant BonusBell a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for Platform operations, marketing, and service improvement
• Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content
• Agree that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice. We are not responsible for User Content posted by third parties and do not endorse any opinions expressed in User Content.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA): If you believe that User Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent at legal@bonusbell.com. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (excluding User Content), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, algorithms, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of Murdock Solutions LLC d/b/a BonusBell or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent. "BonusBell," the BonusBell logo, and "Bella AI" are trademarks of Murdock Solutions LLC. All other trademarks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including gambling operators, sportsbooks, casinos, daily fantasy sports platforms, and other services. You acknowledge that:

• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or operations
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of third-party services, including but not limited to gambling losses, account disputes, bonus terms, or withdrawal issues
• You should review the terms of service, privacy policy, and responsible gaming resources of any third-party platform before creating an account
• Third-party platforms may have their own eligibility requirements, including age verification, state restrictions, and self-exclusion policies
• Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit with third-party operators

Your interactions with third-party services, including any transactions or disputes, are solely between you and the third party.

Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your gambling activities on third-party platforms, including but not limited to reporting gambling winnings and losses to applicable federal, state, and local tax authorities. BonusBell does not provide tax advice, does not report your gambling activity to any tax authority, and is not responsible for any tax liability you may incur. 16. Responsible Gaming

BonusBell is committed to promoting responsible gaming. While we are not a gambling operator, we recognize our responsibility to provide tools and resources that help users maintain healthy habits. For full details, visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Self-Exclusion: BonusBell provides a voluntary self-exclusion feature with the following periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or permanent. By activating self-exclusion:

• Your access to the Platform will be restricted for the selected period
• Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — it cannot be undone by you or by our support team
• Self-exclusion from BonusBell does not self-exclude you from any third-party gambling platform
• Self-exclusion does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately to stop billing

Self-Assessment: We offer the Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI) self-assessment quiz to help you evaluate your gambling habits. This is a screening tool, not a clinical diagnosis.

Activity Limits: You may set voluntary activity limits including session duration alerts, daily usage caps, reality check reminders, and cooling-off periods.

17. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any information, including odds, bonuses, platform details, or calculator outputs, is accurate, complete, or current at all times
• Results obtained from the Platform, including AI responses and analytical tools, will be accurate or reliable
• Bella AI will provide correct, complete, or appropriate responses to your queries
• Opportunities identified by our tools (including +EV bets, arbitrage, and middles) will still be available when you attempt to act on them
• Practice game results reflect real-world casino outcomes
• Any defects or errors will be corrected within any particular timeframe

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any decisions made based on information obtained through it, including but not limited to betting decisions, financial decisions, and account creation with third-party platforms.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MURDOCK SOLUTIONS LLC D/B/A BONUSBELL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Gambling losses or financial decisions made based on Platform information
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed odds data
• Calculator outputs, analytical results, or tool recommendations
• Bella AI responses, including inaccurate or misleading AI-generated content
• Actions taken or not taken based on information from the Platform
• Clicking on affiliate links or creating accounts with third-party platforms
• Practice game results or simulated outcomes
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Murdock Solutions LLC d/b/a BonusBell and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Platform, including any actions taken based on Platform information
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content
• Any gambling activities you undertake, whether or not influenced by Platform information
• Your misuse of Bella AI, including reliance on AI-generated content for financial decisions
• Your reliance on calculator outputs or analytical tool results
• Any claims by third parties related to your use of their services through our affiliate links

20. Termination and Account Deletion

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirements, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• If you have an active subscription, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period
• We will retain your data for thirty (30) days to allow for appeal, after which it will be deleted per our data retention policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and intellectual property) shall remain in effect

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 5. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.

Data Retention: Following termination or deletion, we may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes. We may also retain data as required by law (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention). Personal data will be deleted within thirty (30) days of a verified deletion request.

21. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware (or, at your election, by telephone or video conference). Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

Injunctive Relief: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions above by sending written notice to legal@bonusbell.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms (i.e., your first use of the Platform or account creation, whichever is earlier). Your notice must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

22. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by the following policies, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms:

• Privacy Policy: Describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
• Data Policy: Details our data processing, storage, security measures, and third-party data sharing practices.
• Disclaimer: Covers affiliate relationships, data accuracy, and limitation of liability in additional detail.

Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), or similar state privacy laws, including the right to access, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@bonusbell.com or through your account settings.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.

23. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and BonusBell regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
