1. Program Description
BonusBell ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide you with important account notifications, security codes, and promotional offers related to our gambling analytics platform.
2. Consent
By checking the SMS consent box during registration or at any other point where consent is requested, you expressly consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from BonusBell:
- Transactional Messages: Account verification codes (2FA), security alerts, password reset codes, and other account-related notifications.
- Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, bonus alerts, platform updates, and other marketing communications.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time while still receiving transactional messages related to account security.
3. Message Frequency
- Transactional: As needed for account security (verification codes, alerts)
- Marketing: Up to 4 messages per month
Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and preferences.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. BonusBell does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving text messages based on your plan. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us
- Visiting your notification preferences at www.bonusbell.com/settings/preferences
- Contacting us at support@bonusbell.com
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message (per CTIA guidelines), and no further marketing messages will be sent to your number. You may continue to receive critical security messages (2FA codes) if you have two-factor authentication enabled, as these are considered transactional and are not covered by a marketing opt-out under TCPA. To stop all messages including transactional ones, you must disable 2FA in your account settings first.
Re-opt-in is permitted at any time by texting START, UNSTOP, or YES from the same number, or by re-enabling SMS in your account preferences.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent status are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email before the changes take effect.
10. TCPA Compliance
BonusBell complies with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227), the FCC's TCPA implementing regulations (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), and the CAN-SPAM Act as applied to mobile messaging. We obtain express written consent (where required) or express consent (for transactional messages) before sending any automated SMS. Consent records, opt-in timestamps, opt-in source (registration checkbox, in-app preference toggle, or double-opt-in keyword), and IP address are retained for at least four years as required by 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(9).
You may not be contacted via automated SMS without your prior express written consent. If you believe you received a message from BonusBell that you did not opt in to, please contact us immediately at privacy@bonusbell.com and we will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction and remove the number from our sender list.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under these SMS Terms will first be resolved informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled under the dispute resolution terms in our full Terms of Service, which include binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver. Nothing in these SMS Terms prevents you from filing a complaint with the FCC at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov, with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or with your state attorney general's consumer protection office.
